Acceptable Use Policy

General rule

Use the service only for lawful, safe, respectful, and rights-compliant creative work. Do not use the service to create, store, promote, sell, distribute, or facilitate prohibited content, products, or services.

Prohibited activity

• Illegal activity, fraud, scams, phishing, malware, evasion, or security abuse.
• Hate, harassment, threats, graphic violence, exploitation, or discriminatory attacks.
• Adult sexual services, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery, or sexual content involving minors.
• Infringement of copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, likeness, or other proprietary rights.
• Impersonation, deceptive identity use, fake official documents, misleading endorsements, or false claims.
• Weapons, controlled substances, tobacco, regulated medical products, gambling, financial scams, or other restricted commerce.
• Collection or display of private personal information without permission.
• Any activity that violates payment-provider acceptable-use rules, including PayPal, card networks, WooCommerce payment services, AWS, or AI model providers.

Public gallery standards

Public images may be removed if they are illegal, infringing, unsafe, explicit, hateful, misleading, privacy-invasive, or otherwise unsuitable for the public gallery.

Enforcement

• Content may be removed or made private.
• Credits may be withheld for abusive or fraudulent activity.
• Accounts may be suspended or terminated.
• Orders may be canceled or refunded where appropriate.
• Serious abuse may be reported to payment providers, hosting providers, or authorities when required.

Reporting abuse

Report suspected illegal, infringing, abusive, or payment-risk content to support@menssai.com. Include the image URL, account details if known, and a clear explanation of the concern.
