Terms of Service

1. Service overview

MenssAI provides a browser-based AI image generation workspace, prompt tools, credit wallets, subscription plan management, and cloud-hosted image storage for customer-generated digital assets.

The service is provided as digital software access. It is not a marketplace, money service business, investment service, medical service, gambling service, adult content service, or shipping service.

2. Customer eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your location.
• You must provide accurate account, billing, email, phone, and country information.
• You are responsible for keeping your password strong and confidential.
• You may not use the service if doing so would violate applicable law or payment-provider rules.

3. Accounts and security

You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access, payment fraud, account takeover, or misuse of generated images.

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for fraud, chargeback abuse, illegal use, infringement, prohibited content, or violation of these Terms.

4. Subscriptions, credits, and digital delivery

• Free trial accounts receive 50 non-expiring credits and trial generations may include invisible watermarking.
• Paid subscriptions include the credit amount shown at checkout and in the pricing page.
• Multi-month plans may reset credits every 30 days and may roll over unused credits only as described on the pricing page.
• Credits are a limited license to use the service and have no cash value.
• Access is delivered digitally through the dashboard after payment confirmation.

5. Payments

Payments may be processed by WooCommerce, PayPal, card networks, or another provider shown at checkout. The payment provider may apply its own terms, fraud checks, taxes, and dispute procedures.

By submitting payment, you authorize the selected payment provider to charge the displayed amount for the selected plan, renewal, or subscription transaction.

6. User prompts, generated images, and rights

You are responsible for prompts, uploads, account inputs, and the way you use generated images. Do not submit confidential, regulated, illegal, infringing, private, or harmful content.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and the terms of the AI model providers used by the service, you may use paid-plan generated images for lawful personal or commercial purposes. Trial generations may include watermarking and evaluation limits.

7. Prohibited use

• Illegal activity, fraud, phishing, spam, malware, deceptive impersonation, or evasion of safety controls.
• Hate, harassment, violence, sexual exploitation, adult sexual services, or content involving minors.
• Copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other third-party rights violations.
• Weapons, controlled substances, gambling, financial scams, medical claims, political manipulation, or other restricted activities.
• Any use that violates PayPal, WooCommerce, AWS, AI model provider, or card-network acceptable-use rules.

8. Availability and changes

The service may be updated, interrupted, rate limited, or unavailable due to maintenance, provider outages, quota limits, abuse prevention, or security reasons.

MenssAI may change features, providers, plan names, prices, and credit rules prospectively. Material paid-plan changes will be communicated where required by applicable law.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. AI outputs can be inaccurate, unexpected, similar to third-party content, or unsuitable for a specific purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of the service for claims relating to a paid plan is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the affected billing period.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. Paid subscription cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically refund past charges unless the Refund Policy applies.

MenssAI may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create legal or payment risk, or threaten platform security.
