MenssAI uses practical safeguards and service-provider controls to protect customer accounts, billing records, prompts, and generated assets.
Data categories protected
- Account identity and login information.
- Billing and subscription records.
- Prompts, settings, generated image URLs, and gallery visibility choices.
- Support emails, refund requests, and abuse reports.
- Security logs and platform diagnostics.
Storage and providers
Generated image assets may be stored in Amazon AWS S3 or another configured cloud storage provider. AI prompts and image requests may be sent to configured AI providers only as needed to deliver the service.
Security practices
- Password-protected customer accounts.
- Role-based WordPress administration access.
- Payment handled by specialized payment processors instead of storing full payment credentials in the theme.
- Cloud storage credentials managed through the site administration settings.
- Abuse, fraud, and account-security review where reasonably necessary.

Incident response
If a security incident is confirmed, affected customers will be notified where required by applicable law. The team may temporarily suspend access, rotate credentials, remove assets, or disable integrations to protect the service.
