How we use information

• Create and secure customer accounts.

• Provide AI generation, prompt enhancement, credit tracking, and image history.
• Store generated image assets in cloud storage and show them in private or public galleries based on your visibility selection.

Payment information

MenssAI does not intentionally store full card numbers or PayPal login credentials inside the theme. Payment details are handled by the checkout provider shown at checkout, such as PayPal, card networks, or WooCommerce payment services.

Service providers

We may share necessary data with hosting providers, AWS S3, AI model providers, WordPress/WooCommerce services, checkout providers, email providers, analytics/security tools, professional advisers, or authorities when legally required.

Cookies and similar technologies

The website may use cookies for login sessions, cart or checkout state, security, preferences such as dark/light mode, analytics, and performance. Browser settings can limit cookies, but some service features may stop working.

Retention

Generated images and prompts may be deleted when you delete them, close your account, or when storage retention limits apply.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect customer accounts and generated assets. No internet service can guarantee perfect security.

Children

MenssAI is not intended for children under 13 and is not directed to minors. Customers must meet the eligibility requirements in the Terms of Service.
