MenssAI offers a clear refund and cancellation policy for MenssAI, a digital AI image generation subscription service.
Digital service notice
MenssAI is delivered digitally through account access, credits, AI generation, and hosted image storage. No physical product is shipped.
Free trial
The free trial provides 50 non-expiring credits for evaluation and does not require payment. Trial outputs may include watermarking. Because no payment is collected for the free trial, there is no trial payment to refund.
Refund eligibility
- Refund requests should be submitted within 7 days of the original paid transaction or renewal.
- A refund is generally available when the customer has not used more than 10 paid credits from the transaction and has not violated the Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
- Duplicate charges, clear billing errors, unauthorized transactions, or technical failures that prevent access may be refunded after verification.
- Refunds may be denied for heavy usage, generated/downloaded digital assets, account abuse, policy violations, chargeback abuse, or requests made outside the stated window, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
How to request a refund
Email support@menssai.com with your account email, order ID, payment provider reference, payment date, selected plan, and reason for the request. The support team may request additional information to verify the account and payment.
Refund processing
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when supported by the payment provider.
- Payment providers and banks may take additional time to post funds after a refund is issued.
- Refunds do not cover currency conversion differences, bank fees, or payment-provider fees unless required by law.
Cancellations
Cancellation stops future subscription renewals. Cancellation does not automatically refund previous charges or unused credits unless this Refund Policy or applicable law requires a refund.
Disputes and PayPal claims
Customers may have dispute rights through PayPal, card networks, banks, or other payment providers. Contacting support first is usually the fastest way to confirm access, locate an order, or resolve a billing issue.
