Digital delivery method
- Account access is delivered through the website dashboard.
- Subscription credits are provisioned after payment confirmation.
- Generated images are delivered inside the dashboard and stored through cloud asset storage.
- Order and account communications may be sent by email.
Delivery timing
Free trial access is normally activated immediately after account creation. Paid-plan access is normally activated after payment confirmation and fraud checks. Some payment methods, manual support orders, or provider checks may require additional time.
No shipping charges
Because the service is digital, there are no shipping fees, shipping carriers, customs charges, or physical delivery addresses for subscription access.
Access problems
If a confirmed payment does not unlock credits or dashboard access, email support@menssai.com with your account email and payment reference. Support will verify the order and restore access or process an eligible refund according to the Refund Policy.
